Meet Aidan Brady
Meet Aidan Brady

Born and raised in Sydney, Aidan began dancing at the age of five. Originally he found a love and passion for commercial styles of dance, such as jazz, tap, hip-hop and contemporary. Aidan then attended The McDonald College Performing Arts School in 2020, where he later found his love for ballet.

During his time there he was very fortunate to be a part of a choreographic piece, Encounter, which was choreographed by Adrian Burnett, current Chair of the Board of The Australian Ballet School, and was part of the Premier State Ballet in 2023. He then began full-time training at The Australian Ballet School in 2024.

Since then Aidan has deepened his love for both classical ballet and contemporary dance. Aidan loves performing on stage and exploring different characters, he also enjoys experimenting with many different styles and choreography. He was fortunate to receive the Encouragement Award in both Levels 6 and 7 in 2024 and 2025. He is thrilled to be joining The Australian Ballet on their National Tour performing Act ll of The Nutcracker adapted by Paul Knobloch and a new work by Stephanie Lake.

He has been extremely grateful to work with and perform works by many renowned choreographers, Lucas Jervies, Concerto Anniversary and Fight or Flight, Kevin Jackson's Echoes In Motion and Rudolf Nureyev’s Don Quixote restaged by The Australian Ballet School.. Aidan cherishes the freedom and venerability he experiences when he is dancing. He also loves the constant refinement that is required through classical ballet and contemporary works, also the way that, through dance, he can express a meaningful connection with the audience.

Offstage Aidan enjoys a good coffee, walks and spending time with his family and friends.
