A huge congratulations to our pre‑professional students Jade, Amelie, Kayleigh, Chia, Ellie, and Matia, who were seconded to The Australian Ballet for the Signature Works season. This experience offered meaningful, real‑world insight into professional company life, an opportunity uniquely available to students of The Australian Ballet School.
They performed in the Kingdom of the Shades from La Bayadère, choreographed after Marius Petipa, with some also appearing in George Balanchine’s Ballet Imperial. Taking part in such significant repertoire provides valuable professional context and helps deepen their artistic development as they continue their studies throughout 2026.
We’re proud of their commitment and growth and look forward to supporting them through the rest of their graduate year.
