ARTS8 2026

Individual skills are what prepare a student, but it's collaboration that actually makes a performance." - Lucas Jervies, The Australian Ballet School.

In May, students from Australia's eight national performing arts training organisations came together on Darkinjung Country, NSW Central Coast for four days of connection, creation and exchange as part of the eighth annual Arts8 Collaboration.

Bringing together actors, musicians, dancers, filmmakers and circus artists from across the country, the collaboration creates opportunities to share practice, challenge perspectives, build networks and learn across disciplines. Collectively known as the #Arts8, we are united by a commitment to excellence in performing arts training and to shaping and securing Australia's creative and cultural future.
